Muslim-Friendly Policy

1. We do not hold third-party halal certification at our hotel.
2. Our in-house restaurants and banquet halls offer non-halal menu options and alcoholic beverages.
3. Our kitchens are not exclusively for Muslim use, as we also handle general food preparation.
4. Muslim-Friendly Menus;

   ・Only Halal-certified meats (beef and chicken, etc.) are used.

   ・Only Halal-certified soy sauce, miso, and vinegar are used.
   For other seasonings without Halal certification, we verify the ingredients before using them.

   ・No pork or pork-based ingredients are used.

   ・Cooking utensils and tableware are washed and used for both general and special dishes.

   ・Reservations are required in advance:
   Restaurants: Please book at least 4 days in advance.
   Banquet rooms: Please book at least 14 days in advance.
