100% cancellation fee applies when canceled on your scheduled day of entry（except for when the pool is closed due to bad weather）. 50% cancellation fee applies when canceled after 2 days before your scheduled day of entry. Cancellation fee will not be applied if canceled 3 days prior to your scheduled day of entry or earlier.

Always keep an eye on your children. You are responsible for the safety of your children.

FAQs

［Q N1］ Do you need reservation for the Night Pool?: Yes, the Night Pool is available for reservation only. Please make the reservation from the hotel website. Payments must be made in advance at the time of reservation. If the number of reservation reaches the maximum limit, no more reservations will be accepted. Please be noted that the reservation only guarantees entry to the pool area. Poolside loungers and tables cannot be reserved.

［Q N2］ Can I make the reservation on the day I want to use the Night Pool?: As long as the maximum limit is not reached, you may reserve on the day you use the Night Pool. Please check the website for availability.

［Q N4］ I am staying at the hotel, but may I use the pool before check-in or after checkout?: There are special discount fees for guests staying at the hotel. Staying guests may enter the pool for "Afternoon" time on the day of check-in, "Morning" time on the day of checkout, or the Night Pool for the night of your stay. Regular entrance fee applies for the rest of the time.
You will need to make a reservation（prior payment）in both cases.

［Q N5］ Is entry limited to females only on Ladies' nights?: No, entry is not limited to females only. Male guest can also enter with the regular entrance fee.

［Q N6］ Can children use the pool?: The Night Pool is limited to persons aged 18 and over. Children are allowed on Family Nights held on Thursdays, Sundays, Holidays and from Saturday, August 9 to Friday, August 15. All children 12 and younger must be accompanied by adults. Up to two children are allowed entry with one adult（accompanying adults also need to pay entrance fee）.

［Q N7］ Can babies use the pool on Family Nights?: Yes, but the baby is required to wear a swim diaper and a swimsuit over it. We allow small children on Family Nights, but please consider using life jackets, etc. since there are dark and deep places in the pool. Always keep an eye on your children and enjoy the pool together with your children at your own responsibility.

［Q N9］ We are using the pool on a Family Night. Only the children will be swimming, and the adults will be there only to watch over the kids from the poolside. ［Q N10］ Can the poolside tables and chairs be reserved? Do you need to pay?: You can use the loungers, tables and chairs at free of charge. They are not for reservation. Only the Premium Seats can be reserved with additional charge.

［Q N11］ Is re-entry allowed?: Re-entry is not allowed after the payment at the pool reception is completed. If you wish to leave the pool temporarily, please ask the reception staff for assistance.

［Q N12］ Are there changing rooms and lockers?: We have changing rooms, lockers, and shower rooms.

［Q N13］ What amenities are there?: We have shampoo, conditioners and body soaps.

［Q N14］ Can I borrow towels?: Bath towels are available to use for free of charge.

［Q N15］ Can I borrow or buy swimsuits?: We have swimsuits available for rental for adults （women, men）（rental fee applies）. We have no swimsuits available for purchase.

［Q N16］ Can I borrow swim tubes?: There are no rentals available but we sell them at the reception.

［Q N17］ Can I borrow a swim tube inflator?: We have electric inflator available for guests. However, we do not have deflators.

［Q N18］ Can I use beach balls?: Yes, you can use them during the nighttime（use is prohibited for the daytime pool）. Please use the pool with a manner that does not disturb other patrons.

［Q N19］ Can I bring big swim tubes and inflatable floats to the pool?: Yes, you can use them during the nighttime（use is prohibited for the daytime pool）. Floats are also available for rent（800 yen / 20 minutes）.

［Q N20］ Can I use water guns?: No, please refrain from using water guns.

［Q N21］ How deep are the swimming pools?: There are two pools, one with depth of 130 cm（4.2 ft）, and another flowing pool with a depth of 10 to 70 cm（3.9 to 27.5 in）.

［Q N22］ I have tattoo, but may I use the swimming pools?: We ask guests with tattoos including fashion tattoos to refrain from using the pool.

［Q N23］ Can I bring my own food and drink to the poolside?: We ask our guests to refrain from bringing in food and beverages. We have plenty of food and beverage menus available at the poolside. Anything used at the poolside will be charged at the exit, so there is no need to bring your wallet or cash with you to the pool.

［Q N24］ How can I pay fees other than the entrance fee?: You can use cash, credit cards, contactless, QR codes（PayPay, Rakuten Pay, au PAY, D Payment, Alipay, WeChat Pay）, electronic money（Rakuten, Edy, QUICPay, iD, WAON, nanaco, transportation IC card, PiTaPa）, hotel prepaid gift card. Staying guests can have the fees charged to your room（only after check-in and before checkout）.

［Q N26］ Is the pool water heated?: No, it is not heated.

［Q N28］ Is the pool open when it is raining?: Yes, the pool will open in rain. However, in case of severe weather such as thunder, storm, typhoon, we will stop operation. Please contact the hotel for operation information（Roof Garden Pool Reception Tel. 078-302-1113）.

［Q N29］ Can I be at the pool all day from the Daytime Pool to the Night Pool?: The pool will vacated after the Daytime Pool before the Night Pool starts. You need separate reservations to enter both.

［Q N30］ Is there a smoking area?: Inside the facility is smoke-free. If you would like to smoke, please change your clothes and use the smoking area in the hotel.

［Q N31］ What are the service hours for the poolside bar?: Drink menu is available from 18:30 to 21:30（L.O. 21:15）, food menu is available from 18:30 to 21:00（L.O. 20:45）.
