  • Full payment for your stay is required upon check-in.
    We will also require a credit card and a copy of your ID. Please understand this in advance.
  • In case of cancellation or reduction of stay after check-in, the room charge will not be refunded.

About Housekeeping   For this plan, room cleaning（including replenishment of linens and change of amenities）will be twice a week（generally on Mondays and Thursdays）between 10:00 and 15:00.
Additional cleaning services are available for an additional ¥1,500 per visit.
