Color copies ¥200 (one-sided B5 or A4); ¥300 (one-sided B4 or A3)
Facsimile ¥100 per transmitted page plus ¥1,000 service fee andphone charges
Cubicles ¥1,000 for first hour (¥500 yen per each additional 30 minutes).
  • Overnight guests may use the cubicle for no charge for the first hour. Please note there are separate fees for Internet use, e-mail, and printing.

  • 2 PCs with Windows Vista (Japanese and English), Word 2007, Excel 2007 and Powerpoint 2007
  • Internet, E-mail: ¥200 each 10 minutes
  • Printouts: black & white and color; same charges as copies (see above)

Laptop Rental ¥1,000 per day for overnight guests
  • Laptop software: Kingsoft Office; SD cards, USB memory sticks can be used; floppy disk drive unavailable.
  • As rental laptops are limited in supply, we recommend making a reservation ahead of time.
Business Card Printing 20 for ¥2,000 (black & white, one-sided); ¥200 for each additional 10 cards
Telegrams NTT telegram fee, plus 10% service charge and 5% consumption tax
Meeting Room Main Building, 8th Floor (up to 8 people)
